Pakistan Super League 2020: Schedule, Fixtures, Format, Team Squads and Live Streams

Pakistan Super League 2020, otherwise called PSL 5 or for sponsorship reasons HBL PSL 2020, is scheduled to occur between 20 February 2020 and 22 March 2020. Pakistan Super League 2020 is the fifth season of the Pakistan Super League, a franchise Twenty20 cricket league which was set up by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in 2015.

The competition will be held totally in Pakistan. A total of 34 matches will be played in four venues Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Multan. The opening ceremony is scheduled to happen in Karachi, while the playoffs, including the final, are planned to occur in Lahore.

Pakistan Super League 2020: Opening ceremony

The opening ceremony is scheduled to be held on 20 February at National Stadium, Karachi, before the first match of the season. 350 artists are scheduled to play out their abilities, including popularity artists like Abrar-ul-Haq, Aima Baig, Abu Mohammad, Fareed Ayaz, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Sajjad Ali, Sanam Marvi and Soch the band. Ali Azmat, Arif Lohar, Haroon Rashid, and Asim Azhar will play out the anthem, followed by firecrackers.

Pakistan Super League 2020: Format

The six teams will play 10 matches each and will get 2 points for each success, none for a loss and 1 point for a no outcome. The top four teams in the group stage will qualify for the play-offs.
