Meet Kenny Baden Founder Of Potomac Custom Remodeling Inc, PCR Solar, and Baden Consulting LLC

For many business owners and entrepreneurs, coming from ground zero, it takes time to generate success. Some face a more challenging path than others, and everyone’s story is different. One of the more impressive success stories belongs to Kenny Baden, a resilient individual who fostered a complete turnaround in his life to own and run multiple businesses. 

From southern Maryland, more specifically, Waldorf, Kenny Baden originally graduated college with a degree in video production but found other options in insurance sales. Becoming quite the salesman, he loved the idea that the harder he worked, the more he could make. But things didn’t go quite as planned as Kenny, unfortunately, suffered a car accident and was left fighting addiction to painkillers and running into trouble with the law. After those painful years, he was granted a second chance and sure did make the most of it.

Kenny Baden found success in the roofing/remodeling industry, having experience of now almost 14 years. The newfound entrepreneur began his own startup in the field but has since also opened a solar and consulting business. 

His original company Potomac Custom Remodeling Inc. specializes in roofing, remodeling, exterior, siding, and bathroom/acrylics. Their high quality of work has serviced many clients in the Annapolis, MD, area. 

Kenny Baden also opened a branch of PCR titled PCR Solar and his own consulting company Baden Consulting LLC. PCR Solar works hand in hand with the parent company to offer clients the installation of solar panels on their homes. While Baden Consulting offers consulting services to other entrepreneurs looking to start any of the services PCR offers and begin their own business utilizing PCR’s team and systems.

Kenny has also founded a private Facebook group called Blue Collar Ballers. It is his passion project that he wants to be a one-stop shop for helping blue-collar businesses, salespeople, and hungry individuals. The community will offer help in business training, sales, life skills, and personal development, among other services.

Coming from the lowest of lows to owning multiple businesses that make an impact every day, Kenny Baden has earned all the success. He plans to continue growing his businesses and help many in the process.
