AIBA Excellence Awards 2022 added to the confidence of several women homepreneurs across India

By celebrating their victories and growth in business, the award ceremony held by AIBA, as an elite online business community of women entrepreneurs connected via Facebook, stunned everyone.

No matter how much ever we talk about a few professionals doing outstandingly well in their chosen fields, it still feels much more discussions are needed around them to let others around the world know their genius and brilliance in their careers. Many bold choices have led to some of the greatest innovations in the business world, and one such bold move by three women entrepreneurs, Garima Bhatnagar, Sejal Paliwal and Arpita Srivastava, led to the inception of what we today know as AIBA – All India Business Women’s Association. This incredible association for All-India Business Women has been on top of the headlines for years for the kind of cheerleaders they have been for several up-and-coming women entrepreneurs across India.

To further celebrate the successes of these businesswomen, the association organized the AIBA Excellence Awards in December 2022, which proved to be a much-talked-about award function as many women entrepreneurs graced it. The Chief Guest for the event was Bollywood actor Isha Koppikar.

It proved to be quite an eventful affair, attended by 200 attendees, where the women entrepreneurs walked the ramp while 100 of them bagged awards. The three women entrepreneurs had started the firm in 2016, and soon it became popular as Shoppers Darbar, which is currently functioning under AIBA Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. AIBA was also awarded India’s Best Online Shopping Portal on Social media in March 2022.

To bring respite to women working from home after the pandemic hit the world in 2020, they offered this brilliant opportunity to homepreneurs to earn their livelihood and support their families.
