Apple’s annual New Year promotion in Japan will provide customers a free gift card worth up to ¥30,000 with the purchase of qualifying Apple gadgets.
Customers in Japan will receive an Apple gift card when they shop at Apple from January 2 to January 5. Additionally, the first 50,000 customers to purchase an iPhone 15, iPhone 14, or iPhone SE will receive a special Year of the Snake AirTag.
Up to ¥11,000 can be purchased from Apple for an iPhone, up to ¥30,000 for a MacBook Air, up to ¥15,000 for a current generation iPad Air, iPad Pro, or iPad, ¥11,000 for an Apple Watch, and up to ¥12,000 for AirPods Max, AirPods 4, or AirPods Pro 2. Along with the purchase of the Apple TV, a few Beats headphones, and a few Apple accessories, Apple is also giving out gift cards. Complete details can be found on Apple’s Japan website.
Customers may only take advantage of the discount if they buy something in-store or online, not through the Apple Store app, as stated in Apple’s Terms and Conditions.
