Andorra will soon host the Games of Small States of Europe (GSSE). The judo competition will take place in the Prat Gran Pavilion. The mixed-team competition is set for May 29, and the individual tournament for May 27. Notably, the European Olympic Committees (EOC) and the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) have collaborated to broadcast the event live for the first time, raising awareness of the National Olympic Committees’ (NOCs) participation in this special event.
Andorra will host the Games again, following its previous hosting in 1991 and 2005.
All nine competing NOCs won gold medals at the last GSSE, which took place in Malta in 2023. The host country finished first in the medal table, ahead of Cyprus and Luxembourg.
