Imtiyaz Dar a Kashmir fitness sensation recognised by his social work, Fitness myntra and known for training several Renowned athletes is all set to make the new year more charming and glamorous. Kashmir which is all in all with talent and cultural grace Imtiyaz makes his value self-made bodybuilding Now a trainer and fitness coach. For him, 2021 was a nice year and so he wants to pace 2022 with new energy, motivation and temperament. His looks are amazing as well with fitness known for his discipline and acclaimed nationally by several fitness Personalities and followed by thousands of fitness freaks. Dar is all set to be part of some biggest shows of bodybuilding as well. We had a chat with him.

My contribution to KASHMIRI youths I m giving free online and offline training most I’m focusing on those youths who are involved in Drugs I turned many youths in My society Allahhumdulla nowadays they are doing proper training without any kind of Drugs I’m happy with this work even I’m helping them through my own pocket money
