Logic will release his new album ‘No Pressure’ on July 24

Rapper Logic has declared that he’ll be retiring from his music career with the release of his 6th studio album ‘No Pressure’, out on Friday, July 24.

Taking to social media, Logic – real name Sir Robert Bryson Hall II – said that the album has been officially created by No I.D. He additionally uncovered that Sam Spratt designed the record’s cover artwork.

“Officially announcing my retirement with the release of “No Pressure” executive produced by No I.D. July 24th,” he wrote on Twitter.

“It’s been a great decade,” he added. “Now it’s time to be a great father.”

Logic reported last August that he and his wife Brittney Noell were expecting first child, a son.

“And I’m having a little baby!” he raps at the end of the song. “Surprise! It’s a little baby boy, f— TMZ, they can’t get the scoop on that s—!”

Noell seemed to praise her bachelorette party last June when she was caught in a companion’s Instagram post wearing a white robe with crystal embellishments on the back and a ring on her left hand.

Another photograph shared on Instagram indicated the bride’s team wearing coordinating robes and holding up signs that said “bride.”

Logic and Noell were first connected not long after Logic split from his wife of two years, Jessica Andrea.

“After two years of marriage, we have come to the loving conclusion that we are much better as friends. As entertainers, we have made every aspect of our lives public, yet we would appreciate your respect and privacy on this issue,” the duo wrote in a joint statement in March 2018.

“It’s very simple: it just didn’t work out,” they said. “There is no anger involved. No fighting, no cheating, no nothing. We love each other and will continue to support each other for the rest of our lives.”

The previous couple filed for divorce a month later.

Before the end of last year, Logic uncovered that he was working on a sequel to his 2014 debut album ‘Under Pressure’.

“It talks a lot about really dope shit,” Logic said of the album at the time.

“It’s very hip-hop and very dope, but not like my album ‘Young Sinatra 4’, which is kinda boom-bap hip-hop. This one is a more modern hip-hop.

“I’m talking about a lot of shit. I’m talking about life, things I’ve gone through, and having a child. All types of stuff.”

The musician affirmed a month later that he was married to Brittney Noell, Complex announced last September.

The Grammy victor uncovered the news on the track “No Pressure,” wherein he sings about his negative feelings towards the music industry.

‘No Pressure’ will mark Logic’s first release since his fifth studio album, ‘Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind’, dropped a year ago.

No Pressure drops on July 24.
