1 – What do you recommend to grow organically?
Nowadays, everyone is using social media on their mobile phone, and if you want to get noticed, you need to keep an active profile and to post at least 1-2 times a day. This will help you account to be found and find new potential customers.
2 – How to be remembered all the time by customers?
People are getting too much information all the time, for your business to be remarkable, you need to keep an unforgettable profile. This can be by offering a discount, showing behind the scenes, continue an ethical mission, and so on.
3 – What would you suggest to make a difference?
People like to see people, if you want a differential, try to post photos of employees in their working environment, this helps to identify values and show people how the company’s working environment is.
Keep a story and don’t try to preach sales all the time. People get tired of profiles that work hard to sell something all the time. The company should focus on how to be remembered instead of only selling.
4 – What do you suggest to run a business on social media?
Also, talk to your customers. Social media is a great way to keep communication with your customers, try to respond to their questions, appreciate their comments and even feature some pictures if they use your particular hashtag.
