Who has not happened to freeze when he has to go public speaking? Or who has not forgotten his presentation because of the nerves of public speaking? This is called stage fright, it is characterized by reducing communication effectiveness when you have to speak in front of a crowd. The person cannot express himself because there is a fear that stops the action. There are cases where stage fright is so intense that it causes people to miss out on opportunities or even dare to take them.
There are a number of tools and exercises that can be used to control this fear, including anxiety medication. But is it really necessary to medicate when non-invasive tools can be used?
