Chennai, May 2022: Hubert Enviro Care Systems P Ltd (HECS) and its group company BI Marketing and Services P Ltd recently inaugurated its corporate office at Chennai. The corporate office was inaugurated by Thiru Siva. V. Meyyanathan – Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Tamil Nadu. Mr. Dustin Bickel (Economic Officer, US Consulate) was also present. The event also marked the foundation stone laying ceremony of HECS manufacturing facility at SIPCOT Vallam Vadagal.
Minister of Environment and Climate Change – Thiru Siva. V. Meyyanathan during the course of the event stressed on the importance of preserving our Environment and Water bodies mentioning various initiatives of the Tamil Nadu Government towards this. He also congratulated HECS for its upcoming unit at Vallam Vadagal for manufacturing of Sewage Treatment Plants and stressed on the need for treating and re-using sewage.
Mr. Dustin Bickel – Economic Officer of US Consulate during his speech stressed on the bilateral co-orperation between both countries on environmental protection and climate change, he also spoke regarding the growing need for sustainable development.
Dr. JR Moses, CEO and Managing Director of HECS further spoke about the company’s journey over the last 25 years since its inception in the year 1997. He also added that on its 25th year of operation the company crossed the 100 Cr revenue mark in the financial year 21-22 for the first time and ended the financial year with a total revenue of 120 Cr. He detailed the efforts put in by HECS in manufacturing of state of art sewage treatment plants and spoke about their new manufacturing facility which will be operational by Oct 2022.
