Business
Entrepreneurship & Affiliate Marketing with Brandon Odom
What makes you stand out from others in your field?
I’m not the best marketer, copywriter, trainer, or sales guy. But I know what I’m doing. I understand the systems. And I’m authentic, so my audience finds me relatable. I’ve learned a lot over the last few years and I’m good at matching solutions to people’s problems. Because I’ve built trust with my audience, they usually follow my recommendations and get great results because of it. In the few cases in which they don’t get great results, I work tirelessly to provide a better solution for them. I think that’s what people appreciate.
What traits of yours do you think most contributed to your success?
I’m unreasonably determined to achieve what I want to achieve. I don’t like George Bernard Shaw, but I like his quote: “The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.”
What values guide you and your business?
First and foremost, I’m a Christian, which has to guide my life and business. Not everyone I work with holds the same beliefs, which isn’t an obstacle for me so long as they have integrity.
