Hey Azzah, how old are you, where are you from and what do you do?
I’m 32 years old from Scotland, UK, Glasgow to be specific and I work with realtors, brokerage firms and entrepreneurs on generating quality leads/sales appointments so they can focus on what they do best – closing their buyers sellers and clients.
Cool! How did you start entrepreneurship?
Entrepreneurship came later in my life, I originally wanted to study architecture as I am passionate about properties and buildings but my guidance teacher convinced me to stick to Accounting and Finance which some of my peers suggested to me initially as a good career path. After obtaining a degree in Accounting and Finance I ended up working in the financial sector Investments and pensions. At this point, I felt something was missing and one day after some years of working a career I realised that I felt unfulfilled that I am destined for something greater and this is where the entrepreneurial flare within me ignited.
What’s your motivation behind doing what you do?
Changing lives of the masses. I want people to unleash their potential whether it be a realtor in his or her business and take their business from 6 figures to 7 figures and beyond or a digital marketing student wanting to make a start in this industry. Unfortunately we are surrounded by those people who impose their own self-limiting beliefs onto us and many are left with unfulfilled potential. In hopes to inspire them to do whatever it is they want to do and become a success at it. I’m hooked when it comes to seeing my clients succeed. Addicted to seeing my audience absorb the content I put out, put it into action and change their lives. Nothing beats that.
If you love changing lives, what are some of your best success stories?
I am part of Social Agendas agency partner, some of the success can be seen at https://www.socialagendas.com/pages/work.html
Do you mind me asking, are you religious?
I’m a Muslim. Born and raised but I was not practicing my faith for the first 22 years of my life or so due to a difficult upbringing from childhood through to teenage years, earlier on in life so I had no focus whatsoever. In my early 20’s the year 2010, I actually discovered my faith and now on track as seeing a beautiful soul inspires me better myself spiritually and as a human being to the best of my ability.
Are you materialistic? Where do you put your money?
That’s a good question. In my past I would have been somewhat. At this moment in time whilst I am a hungry driven highly ambitious individual who likes luxuries, having a lamborghini will not quench my thirst. If anything it’ll make me feel like I’ve eaten. So it’s on the cards, at the moment I’m spilling money back into my business and brand. Growing the name of my brand to impact more realtors, brokerages firms and entrepreneurs.
I know a lot of entrepreneurs that say they aren’t interested in having a husband or children, is that you?
I do believe it is possible to be an entrepreneur and have a family. In the past it was something I was keen on with the right soul. Life has unexplained questions. I am not looking to have a husband or children. I want to focus on God, to grow myself and help the masses.
Lastly, what would you tell an existing realtor, estate agent, brokerage firm or entrepreneur in general right now?
Do what you go to do and do not listen to anyone who tells you cannot do otherwise. Your friends, family and co-workers some of them will want to put their own values and beliefs on to you and unfortunately sometimes their beliefs are limiting. Believe in yourself and know you can have, will have, whatever you want. You are! The people surrounding you, they’ll laugh at you, question you, bash you, but the minute the success starts showing it will all disappear like the blink of an eye. I’ve experienced it. As my moto goes “You’ve got this, 1, 2, 3 Let’s go!”
