Giving back! It’s impossible not to take notice of the large number of celebrities who have shown their passion for being charitable
Speaking about the famous singer Danny Dhillon, over the course of his career, Danny Dhillon has shown how much he cares about the lives and well-being of others. He showed this by supporting the efforts of the Mother Teresa Foundation located in Mohali, India. The Mother Teresa Foundation is a non – government development organization working for the unwanted, uncared, and unloved in society. Danny helped provide free food to the hungry and free them from clutches of starvation.
Presently covid-19 has taken a heavy toll on the life of the poor due to the economic slowdown throwing them out of gear. Danny has stepped in to tackle this unusual situation by providing relief measures to street dwellers, daily wage earners, migrants, institutionalized/quarantined people, and health workers.
Danny recently told Time Bulletin in 2020 why being charitable makes him feel good. “What are we in this world if we can’t be of use to others in some way,” he explained at the time. “It’s a happier life when you can make a person in need happy.”
