2019 Caribbean Premier League: CPL declares 2019 schedule and team squads

The 2019 Caribbean Premier League will kick-begin with defending champions Trinbago Knight Riders’ game against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in Trinidad on September 4. The final will occur on October 12 at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad.

Up until now, just the games in Barbados, Jamaica, St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis and Trinidad and Tobago have been affirmed. The venue for Guyana Amazon Warriors’ home games is yet to be reported, as are the venues for the Eliminator and Qualifier 1, the two of which are scheduled for October 6.

A year ago, Warriors played all their home games at the Providence Stadium, Guyana, including Qualifier 1.

Prior staled to start on August 21, the dates for CPL were pushed forward to maintain a strategic distance from a conflict with India’s tour of the West Indies.
