Remi Jones Announces Powerful Non-profit “Remi TV Nation”
Remi TV Nation is a professional development platform in the form of media and community outreach through service projects, social and cultural outings, personal and professional workshops, seminars, mentoring, networking, and more. The critical focus as a team is bettering the community, providing equity, and uplifting voices in the media. Uplifting the underserved community is Remi TV Nation’s main priority with her non-profit.
Small business owners and entrepreneurs don’t get enough recognition all around the world and this media organization puts them on the front street. Competitors don’t exist, because Remi TV nation collaborates with other nonprofits with the same goals. Jones says “we are on the same team.”
Jones started out as a correspondent for a New York television show in 2018 and discovered her hidden talent as a broadcaster. She went on to cover a series of red-carpet events for the network before deciding to start her own company. She states “I eventually said to myself, ‘Why don’t you do your own show and create your own brand?’”. She had a strong belief in herself and a passion for entertainment, and Remi TV was born.
Remi TV is a hub for elite leaders of color who are breaking down barriers and impacting culture globally to connect, collaborate and create change. Our media organization creates equitable pathways for professionals, especially in Rhode Island, in order to create positive reflections and stimulating dialogues that include business owners and entrepreneurs alike by showcasing underprivileged voices and providing a storytelling platform free of discrimination. Our guests and audiences are individuals who are making a difference in their communities in the fields of music, art, lifestyle, and business.
Founder quote “ Never procrastinate don’t wait for tomorrow do it today”
