A variety of facial massage techniques help rejuvenate the skin, according to Ms. Deniz Makeup, a cosmetologist

Facial massage can increase blood flow to the facial tissues and make the skin look younger and brighter. These massages can help you lift your skin and reduce the appearance of puffiness and wrinkles on the skin. In addition, a good facial massage can reduce stress and make you feel relaxed. Try to massage your face once a day, in the morning or at night before going to bed.

The first method: lightening facial skin massage

1. Start with clean skin:

Rinse your face thoroughly before each massage. Cleanse the face with a mild cleanser or oil, then rinse with lukewarm water and towel dry.

Method one: Lightening facial skin massage

Start with clean skin:

Wash your face thoroughly before each massage. Cleanse the face with a mild cleanser or oil, then rinse with lukewarm water and towel dry.

2. Apply a thin layer of oil on your face:

Applying small amounts of oil to your fingers helps to move slowly and smoothly and does not damage the skin. Also, using the right oil makes the skin light and radiant. You can use a combination of special oils for facial skin. Or choose a single oil that is best for your skin type. Almond oil, argan oil, jojoba oil are the best options for facial massage and do not clog existing pores.

For very dry skin, you can use almond or argan oil.

For very dry skin, you can use almond or argan oil.

For normal or oily skin, you can use jojoba oil or a combination of jojoba and castor oil.

• If you do not like to use oil on your skin, you can use the desired moisturizer.

3. Start with a lymphatic massage:

Most people believe that toxins are released from the face into the lymph nodes. These glands are located under the ear around the neck. Massaging this area prevents the release of toxins and prevents their accumulation. Massage this area with your fingertips in a circular motion.

Use wide circular motions and go from under the ear to the throat and jawline.

• You need a firm touch but do not try to put too much pressure on these areas. Facial massage should not damage the deep tissues of the skin, because the facial skin is very sensitive and you should be careful.

4. Massage the sides of your face:

Using the same wide circular motions, massage the jaw, the corners of the mouth, the nostrils, and the top of the cheekbones. In this part, move the skin upwards and then outwards, but never bring it down because it can cause the skin to fall out. Keep doing this for a minute.

5. Massage your forehead:

Use wide circular motions to massage both sides of the forehead at the same time. Start near the temple and work your way up to the forehead. Keep doing this for a minute.

6. Massage the ear area as well:

Place your fingers on the arch of your eyebrows. Move them around the outer corners of the ear and gently move under the eye, then place your fingers inside the corners of the eye. Continue working along the nose and eyebrow line. Repeat this movement for one minute.
