Ooredoo Kuwait declares Apple Pay launch to the MyOoredoo App

The introduction of Apple Pay to the MyOoredoo App by Ooredoo Kuwait, the company that pioneered digitally innovative services in Kuwait, has been announced. Ooredoo Kuwait, the first company in Kuwait to offer cutting-edge digital services, has demonstrated a desire to provide modern services to enhance and upgrade customer experience concepts.
Ooredoo has always been interested in the digital advancements that FinTech has made across the country and region, including the support of the regulatory authorities, The Central Bank of Kuwait, which has carefully monitored and introduced financial technologies and services that make people’s lives easier and more efficient.
Ooredoo Kuwait is pleased to announce the availability of Apple Pay on their MyOoredoo App in keeping with their distinctive and exciting updates to all company operations and functions.
The long-awaited function provides Ooredoo customers with new features and a seamless payments service that makes it easier for them to manage their individual finances on a daily basis with a simple tap.
Customers can pay their bills, recharge their lines, or purchase any offer using the MyOoredoo app with a single tap using Apple Pay, a one-of-a-kind feature available on the iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. This eliminates the need for customers to scan or add new debit or credit cards.
Ooredoo’s set strategies, which revolve around providing a customer experience beyond what the market has offered, were implemented in 2022 to improve the world of its customers. Through an enhanced and technologically advanced telecommunications network, Ooredoo Kuwait has been working to enhance customers’ digital experiences.
Introducing and utilizing the latest features, such as Apple Pay, one of the most recent features, aims to simplify their customers’ payment processes in an effective and streamlined manner.
Ooredoo Kuwait became the country’s second operator in December 1999. Today, the company caters to customers and businesses’ needs with mobile, broadband internet, and corporate-managed services. In the region, the company owns and operates the following telecom operators: Ooredoo Algeria, Ooredoo Tunis, Ooredoo Maldives, and Ooredoo Palestine. Ooredoo Kuwait is a member of the international Ooredoo Group based in Doha, Qatar.
